    Payments are made via Stripe, and, currently, we do not accept insurance. You may be able to use your HSA account to purchase our services or labs.

  • Can I request a refund if I’m not satisfied?

    We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care. If you’re not satisfied with your initial session, please contact us so we can address your concerns. While we cannot provide refunds for services already completed, we can issue refunds for any pre-paid services in a package that have not yet been rendered.
